This tutorial will show you how to create a 4-page slideshow in Coilaa. Also learn how to create multi-page slideshows of still images.
If you’re old enough to get sick(), you may know why “slideshow” is called “slideshow”.
Think about it: You’re a guest in the captivity of a restaurant in a suburban living room, or a high school student in a science lab. Turn off, the projector turns on with a buzzing sound and a beam of light illuminates the room and removes dust particles floating in the air. In a large bright square on the wall, one after the other images appear – rest is modeled, the life cycle of a frog is explained from the images. It’s literally a slideshow.

Here’s a little secret: the most useful tool for creating your show is the little Pages icon in the Coilaa editor. Add multiple pages to your project, then output them as one continuous video, PDF, or separate image files, depending on how you want to share your slideshow. Let’s start!
Choose a Blank Canvas Size to Get Started
Choose from several blank canvases to start your slideshow. If you plan on outputting your finished slideshow as a video, check out our video format presets like this one.
Browse the blank canvas selection to find one that fits your needs. The canvas size you choose is also the size of future additional pages (slides) you queue up for your project. You cannot use different canvas sizes in a multi-page document.
Tips for choosing a blank canvas size for slideshow design:
To create an Instagram story with multiple images, select a blank Instagram story canvas.
To create a business presentation that works with PowerPoint or Google Slides, select a blank presentation canvas.
If you are creating a slideshow that will eventually consist of one video, you can choose from video presets – 2K QHD, 4k UHDTV, 1080 HD, Vertical Full HD, etc.
Add Your Photos And/or Videos, Text and Images.
You can create a mix of video and still images for your slideshow by choosing to display only text from the images on the page – you do what you want! The maximum number of scheduled files with multiple pages is 30, so mix them together to tell your story. This is a great way to maintain visual interest.
Click Pages to Add Additional Pages to Your Slideshow.
If you are using another page, you can add the current page to the new one. Duplicating the current page is a good choice if you want to keep the same formatting on all slides, for example if you want your logo to be in the same place on a slide or if you want to keep text in the same place. the whole slide.
